Thanks for the comments. Yes, Wayne showed me the book at our fist visit
many, many years ago but I also have my own copy with the separate Index.
That's how I found your 'bunch'.

I am assuming Wayne showed you the 'book' with the names of 26 'Swarthout's
in it. I agree with everything you said about Wayne Morrison. He is a gem
and so is his wife. His and Betty Auten's names should be part of the
Seneca County Historical Society in their honor. Just a suggestion.

I don't I need it. Our family forest needs to hear from all the Swartwout,
Swarthout, Swartout descendants. We would lovew it, if you joined as at our
yearly reunions as well. Did you know that shortly after the Civil War the
reunions started and have been kept up till this very day. We have proof of
them from 1912- till now, and a few from much earlier. I would be only to
excited to hear from those wo have never contacted me. Our forest needs to
grow.
