During July and August all county offices are open 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. During
all other months offices are open 9:00 AM -
5:00 PM. I'm a county employee.

Also I see you have the name Rees listed. I haven't obtained documentation
yet but it is possible the my GGGGrandmother was a Rees out of the Mohawk
Valley.
