I need information on the parents and birth place of James Barnes. I know
that he was born about 1787 and died in Edwards, St. Lawrence county May
10, 1853. The earliest account I have of James is from the 1810 Census,
where he is listed in Cambray (Gouverueur), St. Lawrence County, NY. Now
I'm stuck. Does anyone have any info on were he was born and who his parents
were?
