Hi fellow researhers, I have started a mailing list for the search of the GAREAU surname. With this surname I am including the variations of GARROW, GORROW and GROW, these are the Anglisized versions of GAREAU. I have also found that the name SAINTONGE/ST ONGE associated with this surname too.
My own Gareau dit Saintonge has been found in St Jerome, Terrebonne Co. Quebec , Curran, Prescott County, Ontario, and Ogdensburg, St Lawrence Co, NY.
