Is anyone research the families of Smith WATERS who was in the 1800 Oneida County census? In the 1810 and 1820 Watertown censuse, Samuel and Smith Waters live next to or very close to each other. Benjamin ALLEN was also enumerated at Watertown in 1810. Benjamin Allen came in 1800 from Vermont, and his son Ira ALLEN married Hannah WATERS in either Jefferson or St. Lawrence county.. I don't have the marriage date, but it was probably about 1816.

I believe this Ira Allen is the one in the census at Rossie in 1820. I am trying to find his marriage date and the ancestry of Hannah WATERS.
