The 1870 census for St. Lawrence county is on line at the usgenweb site
for the county, courtesy of Anne Cady. Also many other valuable
resources. Start at www.usgenweb.org, click on 'the state's projects
page' then 'map of U.S.' then NY state. Next click on 'county selection
page' then use the drop down list of counties to select St. Lawrence
county.
