There are 10 George Wilsons listed on the 1870 census which is transcribed and on line courtesy of Anne Cady. None are listed as in Lisbon and I'm not sure what age yours might be. There is no George Wilson or Willson. View this and many other resources at the usgenweb site for the county. Start at www.usgenweb.org, click on 'the projects state pages', then 'map of U.S.' then N.Y. state. Next, click on 'county selection page' then use the drop down list to select St. Lawrence county.

Also you can try a search via www.google.com. The Wilson surname is fairly common so not sure how that would work out. You have a slight misspelling in your post as it is Lisbon, NY, not Lisbin.
