Thanks for the reply Patty, I sortof have baby memories from NY, I remember vague things. As for my father he has somewhat bad memory, but with the new info you said he might remember now, I am also trying to research my fathers mother, her name was Jean Newman. I am also trying to research my mothers side, which has hit a brick wall, they are german descendants or Penns- Dutch. My dads mom and Bob and Kathys too was with my grandpa Ed so I dont know if she took his name, my mom said her middle name was Elizabeth and my dad said she changed her first name from Jennie(not sure of the spelling) to Jean.
My dad also said we have ties with Spencers, Richmeyer??,
2 brothers Jim and Frank that had a farm up there, I cant find anything more on that. If you could help with the Porter-Palsgrove, moms side that would be helpful. Thank You for kathys info, I found my cousin Bobby(Uncle Bobs son and Kathy his daughter) he lives in Co. and she lives in KY, i called him yesterday, he was shocked but happy, It figures it takes the youngest baby of the family to reunite everyone I hope, And you helped alot thanks again, Sorry So long!
