Subject: [NYSTLAWR] Individual notes vs notes to the entire list
Date: Thu, 15 May 2003 21:04:17 -0400
I was about to say the same thing. It goes on all the time but seems to
be worse lately. When you are addressing a particular person there is
no need to address the entire list unless you are also making a new
query or adding significant new info of benefit to the list.
Overall, I would rather see all the insignificant stuff than nothing at
all but I would like everyone to consider what they are sending to the
whole list and be sure it is of benefit to the whole list.

I don't understand why these personal messages should be sent to the
group when they are only of interest to one person. They seem to
and are of no interest to most.
