Does anyone have any information on Elmer Storie born in 1881? His father was John B. Storie, mother Elizabeth House. I believe he died in 1954.
He married and had five children: Anita, Fern, Clifford, Floyd, and Merrill, my grandfather. My grandfather was born in 1906, in Watertown, so I know Elmer was there then. His wife disappeared when my grandfather was around 5. No one ever found out what happened to her. I am not positive, but her maiden name may have been Johnson.
I do find him listed online here and there, but no information about his wife, or descendants.
I am new to Genealogy(and addicted!) so any help would be appreciated!
