South Edwards- Stanton M. Webb, 67, resident of South Edwards, died Tuesday afternoon in Surmount Veterans hospital at Tupper Lake, Mr. Webb had been in failing health for five years and had been in the hospital on several occasions during that period.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the home of his sister, Mrs. Charles ( Millie) Hall here with Rev. Albert A. Cameron, pastor of the South Edwards Methodist church, officiating. Burial will be in the South Edwards cemetery. Friends may call at the Hall residence on Friday.
Surviving Mr. Webb are his wife, Mrs. Helena Webb and his sister, Mrs. Hall.
Mr. Webb was born Jan. 27, 1890 at Edwards, son of Brigham L. and Emma Reddick Webb. He was a miner at Talcville most of his life.
