I have a copy of my ggggrandfathers naturalization papers and it states that he entered the US at Ogdensburg NY. Are the passenger lists available somewhere in this county? He arrived in 1818 and was naturalized in Bedford Co PA in 1845. Any help would be appreciated.

His name is William Welsh - from County Derry, Ulster Ireland. He would have been born about 1787.
