Ok, I have been scouring the old newspapers since yesterday and while I cant give you anything definate, I have some trailes.
Rodelia Perrin Bacon also went by Rose and Rosa in articles, but do not confuse her with the other Rose Bacon from Lewis county. Your Rose died in Hammond in 1929 and her obit said she was to be buried in Riverside Cemetery, Hammond. They probaly never had the date inscribed, as the monument was in place for George.
Here are your bits and pieces:
Rodelia Bacon has a sister in 1921, a Mrs David Backus living in Chippewa Bay.
David Backus in 1920 in Chippewa Bay is married to a Mary, born abt. 1845 in Canada.
In 1914 Frank Felt, wife and son of Hammond called on her aunt, Mrs David Backus (in Chippewa Bay)
In 1920 Frank Frlt is married to eva and they have a son Morris.
In 1897 Frank Felt marries Miss Eva Perrin and his obituary for 1962 says that she was the daughter of William Perrin of Depeyster.
William Perrin of Depeyster was born in Canada abt 1828 and marries Ruth Hodge in Ogdensburg in 1856. They are both from Augusta, CW
So you have:
William b. abt 1828 in Canada (per 1870 census)
Mary b. abt 1831 in Canada (per 1870 census)
Rodelia b. abt 1845 in Canada (per 1870 census)
So, William is from Augusta, Grenville Co., Ont., you need to get your hands on the multiple volumns of the Perrin Family by Albert Perrin. (Make sure to check the facts with these books)
And as a wild guess, going to the 1852 census in Augusta, Grenville Co., Ont, with 3 children named William, Mary and Rodelia, Rose, Rosa, Rosanna (1860 census she is a school teacher in Hammond), you might want to look in this direction:
