Message Board Post:

I found Samuel Trimm married to Emma Guyette in the 1900 census. Both list previous marriages, and my g'father is listed as son. My grandfather(b.1895) said he had an older sister he remembers as a small child. At some point during his young years, she was gone. Emma & Samuel only has 1 child together.

He said her name was Edna, but in the 1900 Colton census, I found a Minnie Trimm-age 12(listed "Mennie") living with Emma Guyettes parents. Could this be the missing 1/2 sister Ethel?
She would have been born in abt 1884.

There is some evidence that Samuel Trim(m)'s 1st wife was Elmira or Almira, but I can find NOTHING on his previous marriage

Anyone that could has ANY info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
