Hi Leslie,
I remember we have communicated before regarding Pyrmelia.
Below is info regarding obtaining birth and death records for New York State
and the url also
Welcome to the New York State Vital Records web site. The Vital Records
Section of the New York State Department of Health files certificates for
births <http://www.health.state.ny.us/vital_records/birth.htm> and
deaths<http://www.health.state.ny.us/vital_records/death.htm>that
occur in New York State outside of New York City and for marriage
licenses <http://www.health.state.ny.us/vital_records/marriage.htm> issued
in New York State outside of New York City. Also on file are divorce
records<http://www.health.state.ny.us/vital_records/divorce.htm>for
all of New York State since 1963. The Vital Records Section provides
qualified applicants with certified copies of the certificates associated
with these events. Uncertified copies of older certificates are available
for genealogy research<http://www.health.state.ny.us/vital_records/genealogy.htm>
.
Birth and Death records are also available from the Local Registrar of the
municipality where the event occurred. Marriage records are available from
the Town or City Clerk of the municipality where the Marriage License was
issued. For further information about these services, please contact the
appropriate office of the municipality involved. Telephone numbers are
available from the local phone directory or telephone information.

I would google the town clerks office where she died and ask call and ask
them if the info will be any
different if you request a Death Cert thru NY State Vital Records or thru
the local level.
I recently ordered death certificates for several family members who died in
the early
1900's and the maiden names of my relatives were listed. I hope you are
successful also.
It all depends on what the "Informant" knew of the family at the time the
information
was being provided when Prymelia died.
Good Luck,
