I suspect you have accessed "northern new york historical newspapers" where you will find articles on
a Michael O'shea who drowned in Rossie Apr 21 1886 at
57 yrs old. There are other interesting articles regarding
a law suit from his wife listed as Amy, and articles re:
his being Executor for Rufus Macomber. Rossie Cemetery
records are probably in Ogdensburg Diocese and might
shed light on his past. Its possible, just barely, that
town clerk of rossie would haveburiel records. Have fun
