1. JESSE FOSTER (SAMUEL2, BENJAMIN1) was born Abt. 1774 in Maryland, and
died 1816 in Union Twp. Tuscarawas County, Ohio. He married RACHEL COLEMAN
1795 in Maryalnd or Possibly Blair Co. PA. Jesse Foster died about 1816 in
Union Twp. (One Leg Twp.) in Tuscarawas Co., Ohio
