Hi,
I signed on to the list to try and help my sister research their family
history. Her husband is John and Mary Clegg Affolter's ggg grandson. I have
used the census records to try and locate John's parents with no luck. All I
have been able to find out about them is that they immigrated from
Switzerland. I have John on the 1920 WVa census age 62, born in Ohio, he
states that his parents were born in Switzerland. I found some Affolter's in
Tuscarawas County does anyone have any information on these Affolter's?
