Hello, dear list members,
I for one think it is a good idea to have all these lookups posted on
the list. First of all, some others of us (besides the ones who are
doing the asking) are interested in some of these names. (I for
instance am also interested in Homrighausen and all of its variants,
such as Humrickhouse, Humrighous, Hamrichhouse, etc, etc..., but also
other names such as Gernand, Kuhn, Hackenbracht, Keller, Benfer,
Strackbein, Spies, Weller, etc. --- originally emigrants from the
Wittgenstein area of Prussia.) Also, by answering all these inquiries
on the list, they are archived for people to find later through
searching at the rootsweb website. Even a negative answer is helpful,
as it saves all of us from running out the nearest genealogical
library to do lookups in a book which doesn't list our names of
interest anyway....

Just my own opinion.

Best wishes to all, and may your brick walls come tumbling down!
