Those who live in Ohio can secure a Columbus Public Library card (free) and
all of Heritage Pursuit is found under "reference" online.

Also for the forum,

Heritage Pursuit has closed their site to free access. They had a lot of
Ohio's county historical books listed. You now have to pay $15 or so a
month. However, if you use your search engine (google, yahoo, etc.) and
click on the "cache" icon after the listing, it will take you there free of
charge.
