I sent you some information direct to your email address.

If you can prove your line up to this Jonathan, you may be able to prove
you are a Mayflower descendant. This Jonathan is reported to be the
grandson of Lydia Standish, a third generation Mayflower descendant. The
book I have indicates a little difficulty, however, in determining
Jonathan's father. It could have been either Ephrain or Pegleg
Sampson. Because the book I have was published in the late 1800s it is
possible that more current information is available.

We appear to both be descendants from Abraham Sampson who arrived after
Henry Sampson but who also settled in Duxbury.
