Due to the problems that arose earlier today, I am in the process of
creating a set of guidelines for this list. When I'm finished I will post
them to the list for all to read and they will also become part of the
welcome message.

I would very much like for this list to be an enjoyable place to be and will
do what I can to ensure that it is. However, in order for that to happen it
takes all of us working together. My guidelines will be simple and, in my
opinion, reasonable. I will get back to you with them as soon as I can.
