Subject: [S-H-RTS] Moderator or Host?

Who is the moderator or host of this mailing list? Perhaps he/she could post
the rules and guidelines for submitting postings and responding to postings.
Hopefully, this will include a statement in regard to common courtesy. This
use to be such a nice list, what happened! all you are going to have is an
empty mailing list, except for the ones that think they are the experts.

Not everyone is an expert and everybody should be treated kindly. Who wants
to post if they get it shoved down their throats because it doesn't meet
someone else's standards (is he the resident expert?). Thanks
