Please, listers, do not be quick to judge so harshly. We all must remember
that we have language barriers, translation and usage differences, and
differences in customs and procedures. Do not take everything that is said
as a criticism.

I have been helped by a few of the "experts" on this list, and have
appreciated all their suggestions very much. Lars and Hans-Peter have never
ignored any question. Even if they did not know the answer to a question,
they had suggestions as to where the lister could perhaps find information.
I don't know where we would get our information and suggestions if it
weren't for the "experts" who give their time to this list.
