Schleswig-Holstein is a large area, with lots of surnames. You will need
to search for the village or town they were living at the time of there
departure.

Best bet is to search Germans to America for the date and then go to the
Hamburg Passenger List to find the town they were from.

With this information you can either write the Archives or Parish of
that village or engage a professional genealogist.
