Dear listers,
My father was born in Pansdorf, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany in 1905. He
came to America with his family in 1912. His name was Herbert Johan
Christian KRUSE. His mother was Henrietta Ernestine Helen SCHOCKERT
(Schocker). At the time of my father's birth there were Many SCHOCKERT
in Pansdorf. I don't think many are there now. Perhaps they are in
towns nearby.
I understand the last name is quite a common name in Germany. I am
hoping to have contact with anyone connected to the SCHOCKERT family of
Pansdorf.
