We are looking for the ancestory, ncluding birthplace of George Meyer; b:15
September 1793; d:12 October 1876; married Susanna Kessler; b:22 November
1794; d:14 December 1861; her burial: St. Peters Lutheran Church Cemetery,
Plainfield Township, Northampton County, PA. We believe her parents were
George R. Kessler and Elizabeth. Their son was Peter George Meyer; b:2
October 1833 in Plainfield Township; d: 6 January 1909 in Plainfield
Township; married Margaret Stocker b: 20 August 1837 in Lower Mt. Bethel
Township. Margaret Stocker is from the family by which Stockertown gets
it's name.
