Great grandfather Heinrich (Carl Heinrich Christian) Berner was born
March 11, 1838 in Lodenburg, Holstein

married to

Eliza W. Speck, born September 4, 1845 in Lansbuttel unf Meldorf.
Eliza had a brother named Joachim William Speck, born 1843.

They were married circa 1867, I'm assuming in Germany, because I have a
picture which I think may be a wedding picture taken at Spielbudenplatz
No. 24, St. Pauli, Hamburg.

They immigrated to the US about 1867, settling in Chicago where Heinrich
died in 1877.

Children were Anna, Charles, William and Otto Berner.

Do these names sound familiar to anyone?
