I have Popp ancestor in my line too. She is Gretje Popp from
Beringstedt (Hademar) but it goes back to my ggg-
grandfather Clas Kuhl was married to her. This info is per
church records in Albersdorf. Their son was born in 1766
so Gretje may have been born in 1740's. If any one goes
back that far it could be a connection.
