If only things were that simple. My Hans Christensen married Ane Kristine Everson/Efsen/Ibsen (not sure which) in Chicago in 1886. His parents were Matthias Christensen and Hannah Ahrendt (Arndt), but I'm not sure where in Slesvig-Holsten they were from.
