These two bits of information, along with the statement by
Fred Henry Sigsbey's wife Bessie (that I talked by phone with)
That her mother-in-law's name was also Bessie, would lead me
to believe that this person could be Bert Garfield Sigsbey's
second wife, and mother to all his children except Harry L. Sigsbey.
I still don't know
