This was a very interesting site. However, I scrolled thru a few pages to
the index then asked to view pg 489 next (ancestors came from Louisiana) and
it turned right to the page. Just kept "turning the page" with the next
button. Very interesting. Lots of names, too. This should go to every list.
I noticed a soldier asking to be relieved from his duties so he could return
to his home in Maine. This would explain to a lot of researchers why their
ancestors moved from state to state in the 1860's. Thanks for the info!
