I am pitching in my Smith line again.........There have been several lately
that share similar names.....

DANIEL SMITH born Feb 27, 1815 in Center CT. PA married BARBARA ANN
WADE in Ashland Co., OH on June 12, 1847. Barbara Ann Wade was born Mar.
10, 1821 in VA or PA & died Mar. 28, 1891 in Mt. Vernon, ILL. They
had the following children: 1. Mary Jane b. 1848 Ohio, 2. Thomas Wade b.
1850 Ohio , 3. Franklin Pierce ( my gr. gr. grandfather) b. May 8, 1854
Ackron, Ashland Co., Ohio, 4. James B. b. 1857 Indiana, 5. William b. 1861
in Indiana , 6. Anna M. b. 1852 Ohio, 7. Milton b. 1864 Indiana, 8.
Rosabell.

Franklin Pierce married Jereter Minerva Wright and settled in Emmett, AR.
and had 10 children. I have names and dates of children if anyone connects
and wants them.

Please contact me if you have any info on DANIEL SMITH AND BARBARA
ANN WADE.

For the longest we thought my DANIEL SMITH's middle name was Mason, however,
we now believe that his occupation was that of a mason.........even though
he is listed as Daniel Mason Smith on one census.
