I've seen a couple of you list some Smith families in Vermont, so I dug into my stash of Smiths and found there are two different, (I think) families born in VT.

EPHRIAM H. SMITH b: 12 Oct 1809 in , , VT - d: 11 Sep 1892 in Eau Galle, , WI. md: PHOEBE BURTON b: 1811 in , , MA - d: 1884 in Saulk Center, , MI. Their children were Angeline, William, Willard, Levi, Ephriam, Edwaard, Wallace and Myron.

JOHN SMITH, s/o THOMAS, b: 19 Jul 1813 in , , VT - d: 21 JAN 1901 in , , WI md: CAROLINE TAYLOR b: 14 Feb 1815 in Waterbury, , VT - d: 9 Feb 1890 in Iola, , WI. Their children were Ira, Edwin, George, Charles, Willis, Abigail, and Minerva.

I would love to chat with anyone who has some or part of these Smith people in their Smith Family of relatives.
