Do you life near a Latter Day Saints Family History Center or near a major
city with a large genealogy section in their records? If you do, you might
check the index for the years that you think your people may have been in
Michigan. The index will tell you where in Michigan they settled and you can
then go to the census itself and see who lived in the family at that time.
