Having just unsubscribed from the SMITH list, I must
tell you, (off-list) that you are responsible.

Why you can not accept a little authority, and do what
Kathleen tells you to, is beyond me.

The mailing list community is a tiny microcosm of people
sharing the same interests (I thought), but subject to
a few minor rules and etiquette.

You think you are above that! WHY? Exactly who are you?
Are you from the land of the Gods?

Kathleen (list mom) has very nicely asked all list members
to refrain from doing what you just did. Most of us accept
that as a standard by which mailing lists run.
