James could have been a brother to my George Washington Smith, b 1826 Ga, who
went to Ala (Talladega area I think) and had four daughters and only two
sons...sons named Andrew Jackson and Campbell Commodore. . b 1855-57. James
might have named his son GW after a brother?? <G> oh well, it's a thought, but
I can offer nothing! Jean
