Hi,
I have an Archelous Smith, bn 1800/01, Grainger County, son of Thomas Smith
and Mary Edry/Ely, md. 1797. Archelous Smith md. Martha Warrick Feb 15,
1822. I have always thought Archelous had siblings, but have not found them
yet. Blount County is not far from Grainger County. Do you have any
additional information on your William? The names William and James were
used a lot in Archelous children with his first wife.
