Looking for Smith family from New Brunswick Canada.

1850 Ogle co IL, Scott twnsp.
Solomon Smith farmer 49 Canada
Elizabeth 44 NY
James 16 canada (Peter James)
Joseph 14 canada(Joseph Wood)
Olive 12 canada
Solomon 10 canada
Elizabeth 6 canada

1860 they live in Plattville, Mills co Iowa and have another son
Chandler 10 b. Wisconsin

1870 I can only find my gggrandfather
Joseph Wood Smith who married Melinda Arrasmith. His brother Peter James married Melinda's twin sister Melvina.

Joseph Wood Smith was a part time preacher and miner. He died aft. 1920 in Corning california living with his daughter Lillian Barns.

Bert Howard b. abt 1876

Bert married Alice Brigit Hilgrove of Parrsboro Nova Scotia. They probably married in Colorado.
