Sorry about that, Don. That sounded so bad. I wanted to say that Don Austin
and myself have been working on the same SMITH line and some of the info
posted on Rootsweb has been proven incorrect. Some of the incorrect info he has
posted, has now been corrected and updated and he does not have that posted
yet. I do think that either he has the wrong info on your Payton G. Jones,
being son of Isaac C. Jones or I am missing something. I do not think he was his
son. Now I have been proven wrong before (many times) and since we are
speaking abt your grandparents, you should have the clues we need to prove it. If I
am wrong, then I always welcome the correct info. So please share. Waiting
to hear back from you soon.
