I am looking for descendants of Ambrose Smith b bet 1740-42 died in
Spotsylvania Co., Va married first Isabelle second wife was Jemimah....Lived
in Caroline Co. and some of the family was in Culpeper Co., Virginia......

Children were all with Isabelle...and were as follows:

(1) John R. Smith b March 20, 1765, md Lucy Chewning, to Green Co., KY

(2) Ambrose Smith, Jr. b abt 1766 md Elizabeth Chandler,

(3) George,

(4) William,

(5) James,

(6) Eleanor, md Mastin Marston

(7) Eliza,

(8) Frances, md a Mr. Luck
