There are many of us here that will do look ups. Messages that do not give dates or places are impossible to help.
For example there are over 50,000 Samuel Smiths on the U.S. census records. There are 873 in the North Carolina Birth Index, over 2400 in WWI draft registration cards. I would not know where to begin looking for Samuel Clayton Smith.
Please be as specific as possible, there are a lot of Smiths out there.
