Mike, and others who emailed me,

I didn't mean that I didn't believe anyone; what I meant was that I thought
the PRO had just activated it for a short time to check it out and then
turned it off again.

I have definitely been looking at the correct page but all I got was a
standard internet "page not available" message.

However, I tried it again half an hour ago and did manage to get to the
search page, but no search is possible due to too many people using it. I
have been hitting search repeatedly for the last 30 minutes in the hope that
I may get a small gap in the server traffic but no such luck. It's worse
than trying to get through to a customer service department on
the phone :-((

I think the PRO made a big mistake with this as they must have realised what
the demand would be like. They should have put a daily search limit from any
one IP address so everyone could get a fair go at it. Although an
experienced computer user can get round an IP block easy enough it would
still have helped cut out some excessive use!

I am always a bit pessimistic but I think we are going to have to wait
weeks, if not months, for the demand to reduce before we can do anything
worthwhile with it.
