Could someone enlighten me about the Wills for Stafford pre 1858.

Is the consistory court in which they are proved ( assuming they are local
and not in the PCC of Canterbury) the Court of the Bishop of Lichfield? Are
there any published indexes of these wills? Where are the wills kept?
