Hello Listers

I am new to the Staffordshire List, and have spent a few days reading the
posts, and thought I would post my interests to the list.

I am searching for information regarding my grandfather's family.

My grandfather was Frank Bayley, born in Walsall in 1903.
His parents (my great grandparents) were Benjamin Samuel Bayley (I believe
Samuel was his middle name) and Edith was his wife, and I know that there
were a number of children, I believe six (6) in total.

I know that they emigrated to Canada when my grandfather was a young boy.

I was able to get a small glimpse on the 1901 Census on Jan 1 before most of
the world realized it was on line, and found that my great grandfather
(Benjamin) was 27 at the time of the 1901 Census, and he was a house painter,
which I have had confirmed as correct. (Alas, with all the problems with the
1901 site, I have been unable to go back and view the complete family on the
1901 census). (I am looking forward to it being back on line like everyone
else too :)

I have checked the LDS site, and no information seems to be available.
Any suggestions?
