I only have the CD's for North Staffordshire, but had a similar problem.

Do you know what villages come under the missing folios? If so check other
piece numbers such as 2023 or 2021 for these place names and see if they are
hiding there. They may even be on a different CD. I was looking for folios
in 2008 and found them in 2009, even though it clearly stated they were 2008
on the images.

If you don't know the places, you could try searching on PROCAT at
http://catalogue.pro.gov.uk/
