Hi Michael,

Do you have the census refs for 1881 and 1901 as I am struggling to find him. I wanted to look at his occupation as I feel that Stalmans Hewer is not a place but an occupation. A hewer was a man who cut the coal at the coalface - as far as I can tell from old occupations. I am sure someone will correct me:-)
