Hi All,
Bit early on Christmas morning over here (2.10am) but hey ho and all
that. Will post my full list after Boxing Day.
Looking for WHEALE's et vars - Oldbury (WOR), Langley (WOR), Dudley
(WOR/STS), Stourbridge, Brierley Hill etc., (have a lot of them but are
quite a few missing)
WOODVINE (et vars) - Audley, Halmerend etc., Also SAL (esp Whitchurch)
BURLEY - Problem with this one! Preston Burley (my Gt G/Father x3 )
supposedly born in Lincs 1789 dunno where, Marriage to Sarah Green 1817 (St
Martin in the Fields Lincoln) got the record for that. Problem is that My Gt
Gt/G/Mother x2) Harriet BURLEY b.1825 is on the census as being born in
Dublin Ireland, never found any siblings and Sarah is missing by 1841, did
She die in ireland?. I've tried all avenues for this one, and as past Ed of
the Lincs FHE mag I've tried 'em all over in that County. I've also had a
bash at the Rootsweb Dublin list but never found owt. Has anyone any ideas
on this?
