Don't get me wrong I use BOTH the LOCAL Registrars indexes AND the GRO
indexes .... BUT use the LOCAL Info where I can since this is the Primary
info and the GRO certificates may have errors in them since they were copies
sent to them by the local registrars on a quarterly basis.
