Hello, June,
Yes, I remember The Green Man. It was situated at the junction of
Digbeth and George Street, but no longer exists. There are photos of it on
the Walsall Council website; let me know if you are interested to see them,
and I will send you instructions on how to find them - it needs several
mouse clicks!
